Our personalised exercise programs are designed to improve strength, balance, mobility, and confidence while helping reduce the risk of falls and maintain your independence. Whether you’re managing arthritis, recovering from surgery, or simply looking to stay active and capable, we’ll provide the guidance and support you need to keep moving and living well.
WHAT TO EXPECT
1. Initial Assessment
The initial appointment is set with the goal of understanding you so we can create the safest and most effective exercise program.
2. Your Health Prescription
Think of this the same as the prescription you get from your doctor for medication, but for exercise.
3. Tailored Exercise Therapy
We ensure your safety, help keep you accountable and support you in your physical activity journey to get the best results.
4. Review Assessment
After 6-8 weeks we will take you through your review assessment, where we will show you all the progress you have made so far towards your goals!
5. Health Review & Assessment
We then review all your results and redo your health prescription based on how you went, how you are feeling and what goal you want to achieve in the next 6-8 weeks.

We’ll start with an assessment of your health, mobility, strength and goals to create a safe, personalised exercise program. Sessions focus on building strength, balance, mobility and confidence, with your exercise physiologist providing guidance and adjusting your program as you progress.
