About VEP

As an Accredited Clinical Exercise Physiologist in Melbourne, I help clients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions through personalised, evidence-based programs. Whether you're dealing with lower back pain, recovering from ACL reconstruction, or managing type 2 diabetes, I create realistic programs that fit your life.
Having personally navigated ACL reconstruction, multiple ankle injuries, and chronic lower back pain from my Australian Rules Football and basketball days, I understand the frustration of cookie-cutter rehab programs that don't work in the real world. That's why I combine my Masters in Clinical Exercise Physiology with real-world experience to deliver programs that actually get results.
