Hey! I'm Zach, and I understand what it's like to navigate injury recovery and chronic pain because I've been there myself.



After suffering an ACL reconstruction, multiple ankle injuries, and ongoing lower back pain through my sporting careers (Aussie Rules and Basketball), I realised there was a gap in the support athletes and active individuals receive during their recovery journey.
That personal experience, combined with my professional qualifications and experience, drives my passion for helping others achieve their health and fitness goals safely and effectively.
